• All accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included

Mason Gharana reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund.

Approved returns are eligible for:

80% refund of the original product price

The remaining 20% is retained to cover:

• Handling and processing

• Quality inspection

• Packaging and restocking costs

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Mason Gharana is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photographs and videos of the issue
