Situated in the heart of Kota city, right next to the open span of Airport, is the head quarter and residence of Stone Shippers Ltd owners. They needed a bedroom unit along with dressing and bathroom to be added to their pre existing residence. The room is to be used by a young lad who will be returning from USA after his master's degree and wanted an American feel to the dwelling. Following is the room designed for that specific need. Minimalist version of Art Deco using contemporary forms and colors solve this situationship and evolve into NEO DECO. Color Scheme includes - Grey, White, Teal Green, Brushed Silver and Black.

Original Conditions
Following are the original conditions of the house, where as you can see there is all but a terrace and an open courtyard whoch was the potential space for this bedroom. To bring this bedroom into existence, first of all the open space was made into a floor slab by retrofitting with original beams and slab, then the bedroom and bathroom were brought into existence.
